My name is Ben Grosskopf (the founder of Bravery Boxes). When I was 14, I was diagnosed with Burkitts Lymphoma, and spent over 9 months completely in-hospital. I felt isolated from my communities, and often felt that I was often reduced to my diagnosis as a "patient" or "the guy with cancer." I want to make every kid going through illness to know that they are so much more than that. So I launched Bravery Boxes.

 

At Bravery Boxes, we provide personalized care packages to children battling cancer. My mission is to bring hope and happiness to these children and their families going through the tumult of treatment. The age ranges are tyically between 10 and 18, and we offer products such as Squishmallows, Oodies, hospital room decor, LEGO, and even radiation-safe skincare.
